Accountabilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project execution for GenAI product builds, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables stay on track.

• Support delivery of features, enhancements, and proofs of concept by managing schedules, tracking progress, and escalating risks when necessary.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with Scrum Leads and team members.
• Serve as a key communication channel across teams, conveying updates, risks, and decisions clearly.
• Assist in translating user needs and feedback into actionable work items.
• Promote agile ways of working and track KPIs, deliverables, and timelines.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles supporting digital, software, or AI‑related workstreams.
• Experience working within agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
