Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract. You will write, review, and improve AI-generated code, helping train AI systems to think like real developers.

The role is flexible and hands-on, with 10–40 hours per week and asynchronous work. You'll tackle a variety of languages, review AI outputs for correctness, and craft prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/SE.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages listed.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously.
