Kreitech is seeking an AI Red Team Staff Software Engineer to shape our security engineering capability. You will work at the frontier of AI, offensive application security, and software supply chain defense with a collaborative team.

You will identify and prioritize security risks across code, services and infrastructure, validate exploitability, and deliver engineering-ready remediation guidance. The role emphasizes practical AI-assisted security analysis and strong collaboration with Security

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience identifying and remediating vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with application security testing methods.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted engineering and security analysis.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prioritize security risks in code, services, infrastructure, and software supply chain components.
• Validate findings for exploitability, severity, and business impact.
• Collaborate with Security Research and Product teams to enhance product security.
• Create AI-SDLC patterns, secure coding guidance, and remediation insights.
• Provide clear remediation guidance and engineering-ready fixes.
