FullStack is hiring a Junior AI Project Manager to join our product teams and deliver AI-enabled solutions to clients. You will coordinate with engineers and product managers, track tasks, ensure milestones, and apply Agile/Scrum practices.
Advanced English and a four-year degree are required; 2+ years in project management and experience with AI projects are a plus. This role offers 100% remote work, exposure to startups and Fortune 500 clients, and opportunities for career growth.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Experience in AI-related projects or collaboration with AI development teams is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results through structured methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing essential checkpoints, ensuring the validation of task completion among developers.
- Proven experience in understanding the development environment and knowing how to successfully track tasks/tickets.
- Experience in team Leadership.
- High experience aligning the project's objectives with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
- Forensic attention to detail.
Responsibilities
