Truelogic is seeking an Implementation Engineer to own technical workstreams from scoping to go-live, building integrations between an AI-powered platform and client tools. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and agency stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions and accelerate deployments.
The ideal candidate combines strong problem-solving with clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Formación
- Experience delivering technical implementation work in SaaS, data, analytics, or tech environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data systems, integrations, and cloud-based architectures (GCP, Azure).
- Ability to independently deliver complex implementation projects with quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering and client-facing functions.
Responsabilidades
- Own implementation workstreams end-to-end from scoping through go-live.
- Build and configure integrations between the platform and tools used by agencies and customers (e.g., Figma, Slack, Teams, Adobe).
- Evaluate integration approaches, data mappings, and technical trade-offs, providing recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders throughout implementation rollout.
- Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and trade-offs early and communicate them clearly.
- Design onboarding and implementation solutions based on customer data environments and workflows.
- Develop reusable implementation playbooks and technical documentation.
- Mentor junior implementation engineers when appropriate.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and agent-driven workflows for automation, debugging, and operations.
