FullStack is an AI-native engineering partner delivering AI-enabled products with elite vetted talent and transparent execution. We’re hiring an Agentic Software Engineer (Google Antigravity) to join a product team and deliver production-grade AI-driven software.

Requirements include 5+ years of full-stack development (Java, Python, C#, React, Node), experience with Google Antigravity, and a four-year degree; 100% remote work; strong English proficiency; 40-hour weeks.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node).
• 1-3 years using Google Antigravity for AI-driven coordination across large codebases.
• Experience delivering production software where AI generates significant implementation code.
• Strong context engineering: structuring codebases, specs and docs for AI output.
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into AI-friendly specs.
• Experience designing AI-first development workflows from spec to deployment.
• Ability to improve AI-generated output through structured iteration.
• Experience across frontend, backend, and infra in AI-accelerated environments.
• Disciplined human-in-the-loop review for high-risk flows.
• Advanced English and a four-year college degree requirement.
