Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Reference Data Services Analyst 2 in Colombia to monitor, assess, and analyze client and counterparty data across multiple systems and teams, ensuring accuracy, security, and pricing integrity.

The role requires 0–2 years in data management within financial services, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a practical understanding of regulatory expectations. You will support project initiatives, mentor junior staff, and help maintain Citi's risk controls and data

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management within a global financial services organization.
• Good awareness of client needs/expectations.
• Financial services related qualifications (e.g. IAQ or similar)

Responsibilities

• Oversight and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data across multiple systems.
• Identify opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels
• Acts as backup for manager
• Provides direction and guidance to team, evaluating performance, training requirements.
• Responsible for the successful management and delivery of project initiatives and for the supervision of junior staff to ensure delivery of their tasks which contribute to the projects.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
