About the Role.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support data-driven decision‑making. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to identify trends, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Build automated data pipelines and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and business requirements.
• Present insights through clear visualizations and data storytelling.
• Support experimentation and A/B testing for product and business enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
• Hands‑on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or R.
• Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
