Job summary

Monks Technology Services, part of Media.Monks and S4 Capital, seeks an R2R Regional Lead based in Bogotá. You will report to local finance leadership and partner with Controllership to meet group requirements, and act as R2R GPO to drive global standardization.

Responsibilities include leading the R2R team on NetSuite OneWorld, reviewing journals and reconciliations, owning balance sheet accounts, overseeing revenue recognition, and supporting audits in line with IFRS/GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Fully qualified accounting designation (e.g. CPA, ACCA).
• 4+ years of accounting experience leading an R2R team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the R2R team operating on NetSuite OneWorld to ensure timely journal entries, revenue and balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and fixed asset accounting.
• Review and approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Take ownership of balance sheet accounts and perform month-end analyses and reconciliations.
• Review revenue recognition (net revenue, WIP).
• Lead monthly balance sheet review meetings and ensure timely resolution of aging items.
• Support external and internal audits with evidential support.
• Manage statutory financial statements in line with IFRS/GAAP and local requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regional tax regulations (VAT/GST) and data protection.
• Act as primary contact for local statutory audits.
