Electronic Arts in Bogotá seeks a highly skilled Quality Lead Tester to lead the QA team and ensure delivery of high-quality software. You will coordinate testing activities, design and execute tests, and improve quality processes within a collaborative, global environment.

The role requires hands-on QA leadership, strong testing expertise across platforms, and fluent English communication. This position is based in Bogota with on-site requirements and extensive benefits for the local team.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• 2+ years of experience with test tools, testing methodologies, and QA processes.
• Understanding of game development and interdisciplinary dependencies.
• Designed and executed robust test cases and test suites.
• Basic proficiency in test automation is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Lead Tester to join our team. In this key role, you will

lead and coordinate our quality assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. Your

expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and leadership will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• You will support quality and process improvements along with the leadership team.
• You will complete test scenarios and identify new testing scope.
• You will complete regression test scenarios, based on the project complexity.

Experience

• 2+ years' experience in Quality Assurance supporting multiple platforms.
• 2+ years' experience of test tools, testing methodology, and QA processes.
• An understanding of game development, interdisciplinary dependencies.
• Designed and executed robust test cases and test suites.
• Basic proficiency in test automation is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
