Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Quality Assurance Professional in Dosquebradas to lead QA/QC for large-scale industrial projects. You will develop plans, verify materials, and supervise inspections to meet national and international standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as QA/QC in industrial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards and construction codes.
• Strong skills in documentation, record control, and executive-level reporting.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to perform under pressure with a results-driven mindset.
• Structured, organized, self-motivated, and capable of resolving complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans in accordance with national and international standards (NOM, ASTM, ACI, AISC, AWS).
• Verify materials, construction procedures, inspection protocols, and site records for civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Conduct daily technical inspections and generate photographic and documentary reports.
• Initiate and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions.
• Oversee the execution of technical inspections and testing activities for soil compaction, concrete, structural steel, welding, coatings, and architectural finishes.
• Participate actively in progress meetings and present technical and quality updates at the executive level.
• Coordinate the technical and documentary closeout of projects.
• Collaborate with planning, supervision, and PMO teams to ensure timely and complete deliverables.
• Represent the company in audits, inspections, or client and regulatory reviews
