Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a QA Automation Engineer in Villavicencio, Colombia to design, develop, and run automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java. You will maintain the test framework and report bugs with developers to improve quality.

You should have 2-3 years of QA automation, hands-on with Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Maven, and experience writing automated scripts. Must be able to overlap 6-7 hours with US Central time and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in QA automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and Maven.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• At least 6-7 hours of overlap with US Central time.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
• Maintain and improve the test automation framework.
• Identify and report bugs, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of applications through thorough testing.
• Take ownership of QA tasks with minimal supervision.
