BairesDev is seeking a QA Automation and Data Quality Engineer to join our remote analytics platform team. You will extend an existing Cypress suite, implement AI-driven self-healing automation, and accelerate delivery across a React frontend and Symfony/PHP backend.

Expect XP-style collaboration, one-week sprints, and high-impact work that directly affects product shipping speed. Fluency in English is required for global collaboration.

• Thrive in an XP-style environment with one-week sprints, ~5 cards per week, and heavy asynchronous collaboration.
• Maintain and improve test coverage across a Symfony/PHP backend and React frontend.
• Identify data quality issues and contribute to the overall quality strategy in a fast-paced environment.
