Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex development projects end-to-end within a 100% remote, globally distributed team.

You will drive agile delivery, coordinate client requirements, manage budgets and risks, and ensure delivery excellence while keeping customers and teams satisfied. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering software projects on time and within scope across diverse time zones.

• Follow and control project management using agile methodologies.
• Verify viability and prepare budgets, equipment, and resources.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure that delivery arrives on time.
• Ensure that your team adheres to established methodologies and processes.
• Implement the necessary changes throughout the process.
• Carry out monitoring and control activities to track the progress of the project.
• Ensure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project.
