Role Summary

The Remote Project Manager oversees interior installations and renovations across the U.S. Key responsibilities include contractor vetting, client communication, and quality control. The Project Manager acts as a central coordinator and client advocate rather than a trade employer or payment intermediary.

Core Responsibilities
  • Client & Project Setup: Lead onboarding calls, review design packages, and refine scopes of work.
  • Contractor Sourcing: Source at least three contractors per trade, compare bids, and verify references and portfolios.
  • Project Coordination: Build timelines, manage trade sequencing, and track material deliveries.
  • Quality Control: Enforce design intent through photo documentation and identify risks early.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly client updates and proactively flag budget or timeline impacts.
  • Procurement of Materials: Manage client budgets and accounts, order materials to the client address, and track orders.
Qualifications

Required: 5+ years of project management experience on U.S.-based projects (construction, renovations, or interior installs).

Communication: Fluent English; comfortable leading calls with U.S. clients and contractors.

Technical: Proven ability to manage projects 100% remotely.

Preferred: Experience with U.S. real estate or STRs; bilingual (English/Spanish).
