EPAM NEORIS is seeking a Project Manager in Colombia to lead end-to-end .NET delivery initiatives, focusing on version migration projects and coordinating across teams. You will plan, execute, and manage people while applying AI awareness to improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes planning, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication in a multinational environment with regional and global impact.

Formación

• 2+ years of project management experience leading software delivery initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and guiding delivery.
• Experience with project administration: schedules, risks, issues, status reporting.
• Strong .NET knowledge, preferably migrations to newer versions.
• Delivery planning skills including scope, timeline, and dependencies.
• Excellent communication to align stakeholders and maintain transparency.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1) for daily collaboration.

Requirements

• Project management experience (2+ years) leading software delivery initiatives
• People management experience coordinating and supporting cross-functional team members
• Project administration skills for schedules, risks, issues, and status reporting
• Strong .NET project knowledge, preferably in migrations to newer versions
• Solid delivery planning skills including scope, timeline, and dependency management
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and keep delivery transparent
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1) for daily collaboration

Nice to have

• AI agents development experience using modern AI tools such as Claude Code
• Practical knowledge of applying AI to improve delivery workflows and team productivity
• Experience evaluating AI-assisted approaches for requirements, testing, or documentation
