Job summary

Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate learning and enablement programs supporting Databricks, with focus on the Databucks rewards program. The role combines campaign operations, portfolio governance and impact reporting.

You will ensure clear ownership, reliable execution and visibility across multiple workstreams while supporting release workflows and automation initiatives. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple programs or projects with cross-functional stakeholders, preferably in learning and enablement, PMO operations or technology programs.
• Strong campaign operations, audience segmentation and written communication skills, with careful attention to data quality and quality assurance.
• Hands-on proficiency with Asana, Google Sheets and Google Workspace. Ability to operate and troubleshoot existing Google Apps Script workflows and coordinate more complex changes with technical owners.

Responsibilities
