CPL Aromas Inc. in Colombia is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to support day-to-day management of the manufacturing area. You will oversee a team to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting production targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, planning of personnel and resources, collaboration with maintenance, and a focus on continuous improvement, training, and compliance with ISO 9001/14001.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial engineering or administration preferred.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of production and warehouse & logistics processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001 management systems.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure team follows manufacturing procedures and safety/quality requirements.
• Plan resources to meet requirements while achieving quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment calibrated and functioning.
• Ensure daily targets and responsibilities are clear.
• Achieve production against stated capacity targets.
• Conduct regular stock takes for 100% inventory accuracy.
• Train new employees on safe machinery use and procedures.
• Drive team performance with direction and feedback.
• Identify efficiency improvements and update procedures.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement countermeasures.
• Respond to customer complaints and determine root causes.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the factory.
• Ensure a safe working environment and strict safety protocols.
• Develop a high-performing team and meet objectives.
• Recruit, select, orient and train staff.
• Set departmental objectives/KPIs and review performance.
• Report on targets and required actions.
