AgileEngine in Colombia seeks a Product Owner for a three‑month engagement to own loyalty program logic for enterprise clients. You will translate complex business requirements into precise specifications that serve as the source of truth for development within an Agile, spec‑driven environment.

You will manage the backlog, drive roadmap improvements to the Loyalty Cloud, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reusable, scalable solutions across clients.

Formación

• 4+ years in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery for web software, APIs, and real‑time event systems.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into precise written specifications.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs or real‑time decisioning is a plus.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the Loyalty Cloud.
• Translate complex requirements into precise specifications for automated and AI‑assisted development workflows.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and objectives.
• Identify and address challenges across the product lifecycle with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide visibility into progress across releases and milestones.
• Articulate vision and purpose to diverse audiences and secure buy‑in.
• Influence technical and business decisions as the voice of reason.
