A global eCommerce solutions provider is seeking a Product Manager to bridge customer needs and business goals. In this role, you'll define product strategy and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features. Applicants should have over 5 years of experience in product management and a background in retail or eCommerce. Partner with the Product Director to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Serve as a key product contact for external clients, maintaining ongoing communication to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery progress.
Collaborate with Product Owners to translate the strategy into actionable plans and ensure consistency across teams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather insights, identify opportunities, and define clear product requirements.
Prioritize initiatives using data-driven insights, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Work closely with Engineering Leads to ensure features are well-defined, scoped, and delivered incrementally according to plan.
Own the end-to-end delivery of product features — from discovery and definition through launch and post-release optimization.
Partner with analytics, design, and user research teams to validate ideas, measure outcomes, and iterate based on performance and feedback.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and transparency across all stages of development.
Anticipate and manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to maintain roadmap commitments.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the product team.
5+ years of experience specifically as a Product Manager
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as this is a client-facing role. Certification not needed.
Mandatory: Experience in the retail or eCommerce industry.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience in a product delivery environment.
Solid understanding of how product design integrates into the software development process.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
Passionate about product development, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
