Dataico is seeking a Product Designer (AI-First) to advance our SaaS platform with elegant, intuitive interfaces. You will own AI design challenges and craft agentic experiences, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams.

You bring strong Figma skills, design systems expertise, and a proactive, autonomous mindset to translate complex UX problems into simple, powerful workflows that scale across the product.

Qualifikationen

• A portfolio that demonstrates the value of your design expertise, your ability to solve complex UX/UI problems, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems, Auto Layout, and advanced prototyping.

We are looking for an Product Designer(AI-First) to continue delivering high value to our SaaS products, taking the user experience toward greater elegance and simplicity. This role is focused on high-impact execution and hands-on product design, working closely with our Engineering and Product teams.

Responsibilities

AI Design & Interactions (Agentic Approach)

Take full ownership of product challenges. Contribute to the design of AI agents, ensuring they are integrated naturally and seamlessly into the user experience. Operate with an agentic mindset by independently navigating ambiguity, proposing solutions, and executing with a high degree of autonomy.

Product & Experience Design

Leverage AI and your design expertise to execute world-class workflows. Explore solutions that ensure visual simplicity, consistency, and seamless experiences across every part of the platform.

Iterative Development

Help drive the Product team in developing and executing a platform aligned with Dataico’s vision. Work within agile methodologies to ensure continuous, fast-paced delivery focused on solving real user problems.

Strategic Support

Design visually compelling and functional graphic assets to support Growth team campaigns.

Education and qualifications

• Education: Degree or final-year student in Graphic Design, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven Track Record: A portfolio that demonstrates the value of your design expertise, your ability to solve complex UX/UI problems, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Tool Proficiency: Advanced and demonstrable experience with Figma, including design systems, Auto Layout, and advanced prototyping.
• Technology Skills (AI-First): Active use of Artificial Intelligence tools throughout the design workflow. Ability to integrate AI efficiently and proactively to optimize both speed and outcomes.
• Agile Experience: Proven ability to work in fast-paced product cycles within agile frameworks.
