Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights – GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming complex global enterprise data into strategic procurement intelligence that directly influences executive decision-making. You'll collaborate within a high-performing global team that values continuous improvement, giving you the trusted foundation and advanced tools needed to innovate and accelerate your career.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Uncover strategic sourcing opportunities: analyze spend categories, contract coverage, and tail spend to deliver data-backed recommendations on pipeline priorities and supplier rationalization.
  • Deliver executive storytelling: design and maintain interactive BI dashboards and lead the creation of monthly presentation decks for executive leadership and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Validate financial and EBITDA impact: partner closely with Corporate Finance and FP&A to track, audit, and reconcile realized procurement savings against business unit budgets.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or business intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, modern BI visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Sievo), and data manipulation tools (Python, R, or advanced Excel/VBA).
  • Direct experience navigating enterprise ERP and P2P data structures (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
  • Proven ability to translate complex datasets into compelling executive-level presentations and influence cross-functional business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related quantitative field; advanced English proficiency.
What We Offer (Benefits)
  • Location: Colombia (Bogota), or Mexico.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with experience.
  • Generous paid time off and official company holidays.
  • Flexible work options to support work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.
