LawnStarter is seeking a Principal Quality Engineer to own and elevate the quality strategy across the engineering org. You will lead the AI-native tooling, improve test coverage, and drive quality standards as the team scales.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you’ll shape the QA roadmap, mentor engineers, and push forward a fast, reliable CI/CD pipeline. This is a remote-first role with global collaboration.

Formación

• AI-native quality engineering experience with testing across the stack.
• Hands-on with CI/CD and test automation.
• Experience mentoring QA engineers and growing QA capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the quality strategy and tooling across squads.
• Lead AI-native testing capabilities and governance across the org.
• Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers.
• Define quality contracts and ensure actionable quality signals are generated.
