Jobtailor seeks a Data Science professional to own end-to-end model development for pricing, demand forecasting, and elasticity estimation. Productionizing in Azure ML and Databricks, you will implement prescriptive analytics and maintain feature stores with robust monitoring.

You will design experiments, apply interpretability tools, and translate findings into actionable business insights for Revenue Management partners. Strong communication to executives is essential.

Formación

• 2–4 years of hands-on Data Science delivering production-grade ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, XGBoost), Spark/Delta, SQL, Azure ML, Databricks, and MLflow; PyTorch/TensorFlow a plus.
• Strong understanding of experimental design, statistical testing, and causal inference basics.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience communicating insights, assumptions, risks, and trade-offs in executive-ready narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end model development for pricing, demand forecasting, and elasticity estimation; productionize in Azure ML and Databricks.
• Implement prescriptive analytics via optimization approaches (LP, MILP) or reinforcement learning.
• Design and maintain feature stores, model monitoring, and drift checks with MLflow.
• Design and run A/B tests or quasi-experiments to measure revenue impact and PCP attach rate.
• Use SHAP/LIME and other interpretability tools to explain model drivers to Revenue Management partners.
