Rockwell Automation is seeking a BI Analyst to design, build, and maintain world-class reporting using Power BI. You will model data, create dashboards and analyses, and work with data sources such as Azure SQL and SQL Server.

You’ll report to the Team Lead - BI & Data Analytics and collaborate with the Enterprise Analytics group to ensure standards are followed. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in analytics or BI, and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics or BI.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Design Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models for enterprise use.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders at multiple levels and translate into scalable BI solutions.
• Translate requirements into high-level technical specifications and design.
• Develop understanding of multiple business processes, data sets, and BI deliverables.
• Build and optimize data models using Power Query, DAX, SQL and relational data principles.
• Apply dimensional modeling (star schema) and semantic model design.
• Prepare, ingest, cleanse, and maintain data in the data warehouse for efficient Power BI delivery.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Analytics to stay aligned with standards.
• Identify gaps and work with data engineering and solution architects to deliver finished solutions.
