A telecommunications solutions provider is seeking full-time Phone Sales Representatives in Medellín, Colombia. This remote role involves taking inbound warm transfers, selling telecom packages, and nurturing client relationships. Candidates with a competitive spirit, at least 2 years of sales experience, and strong communication skills will thrive. The position offers a base salary based on experience plus commission, with uncapped earning potential for high performers.

The client company is a high-performance Telecom Sales Team the lookout for full-time Phone Sales Representatives.
Your job is to take inbound live warm transfers of interested clients and sell our Telecom Packages. The company that they sign up with will depend on their address and state.
You will also reach out to hot B2B leads, build rapport with the clients, establish and nurture a relationship between our company and the client, understand the client's needs, negotiate contract value, and lock down the deal.
People in this position are key players in the growth and success of our business, so we will provide the tools, training, and support our Sales Representatives need to perform at their best.
Direct experience in this field is not necessary. We are looking for experienced Sales Reps. Any experience in the call center industry, especially in sales and customer service will obviously be looked upon favorably.

We provide a Base Salary (Depends on Experience) + Great Commissions. Earning potential is uncapped.
