Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in People Partner, HRBP, or Talent Acquisition roles.
• Startup, scale-up, or high-growth tech experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to leadership to identify talent needs and develop integrated attraction and retention solutions.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from profile definition to final offer, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
• Provide consultative support to managers on people management, metrics, and feedback.
• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract local talent resonating with Clara's culture and pace.
