Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a motivated Production Worker to perform manual labor and production-related tasks in a manufacturing environment.

You will follow instructions from the Plant Manager or supervisor, learn to use basic hand tools and PPE, and assist skilled teammates while maintaining quality and safety. This on-site role requires attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to meet production goals.

Formación

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and safety information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

• Perform manual labor and production-related tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Follow work assignments and instructions provided by the Plant Manager, Supervisor, or designated team lead.
• Learn and safely use basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Assist skilled employees with production activities and material movement.
• Perform specialized tasks and duties that may require on-the-job training.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure products meet established quality standards.
• Inspect work for accuracy and report quality concerns to management.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and practice safe work habits at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to support production goals.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving production issues as they arise.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
