Barakat + Bossa, a U.S.-based law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join our Administrative Resource Center in Medellín. This full-time, on-site position offers hands-on experience supporting a U.S. legal team on high-profile litigation cases.

You will assist attorneys and senior paralegals with drafting documents, managing files, conducting research, and coordinating litigation support tasks. Training is provided; no prior U.S. law experience required.

Formación

• Licensed attorney in Colombia.
• English proficiency at C2 level (oral and written).
• GPA of 4.0 or higher.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
• Benefits and social security contributions provided under Colombian labor law.

Responsabilidades

• Draft legal documents and manage case files.
• Conduct legal research and coordinate litigation support tasks.
• Support attorneys and senior paralegals in case preparation.

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in Colombia

• Academic record (GPA 4.0 or higher)
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
