About the Role

We are looking for a OutSystems Technical Lead who will lead the delivery of key modules and workstreams within large‑scale enterprise initiatives. You will guide a small team of developers through the full software development lifecycle—ensuring every deliverable meets established design standards, coding best practices, and performance expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a small team of OutSystems developers through the complete SDLC.
• Review and validate technical designs, user stories, and sprint deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, reusable components, and development best practices.
• Oversee peer reviews, deployments, and UAT support.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers for sprint planning and release management.
• Support technical evaluations of other consultants when required, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs.

What You Bring

• 8–10 years of experience including 4+ years in OutSystems delivery.
• Experience in Traditional‑to‑Reactive migration.
• Strong background in integrations, reactive web & mobile development, and LifeTime governance.
• Familiarity with ODC deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
