Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an apprentice for Business Operations, based in Bogotá. You’ll partner with most departments to automate processes using AI and no-code tools, owning key operational workflows and driving efficiency.

The role emphasizes collaboration, requirements gathering, and cross-department project coordination. You’ll join a team focused on reporting, SOPs, and vendor management, with a strong emphasis on learning and rapid iteration in an AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates welcome (Industrial Engineering, Business or similar)
• Daily AI user with a track record of solving real problems with it (show us something you’ve built)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Good English, written and spoken
• Able to work fully onsite in our Bogotá office

Responsibilities

• Automate existing processes and design new ones using AI and no-code tools
• Partner with departments across the company to map, optimize and standardize their workflows
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and following through to resolution
• Coordinate cross-department projects end to end: timelines, follow-ups and Asana hygiene
• Build and maintain operational reporting and dashboards (SaaS spend, headcount, attendance, renewals)
• Write and maintain documentation and SOPs so processes are clear, repeatable and scalable
• Support finance operations: expense reconciliation, invoice routing and purchase approvals
• Own special projects and solve problems as they come up
• Manage vendors, procurement and SaaS tools: administration, access, renewals, license audits and spend tracking

About you

You’re early in your career (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience) and you can’t look at a manual process without wanting to automate it. You use AI every day, and you’ve already used it to solve real problems and build your own tools. You’re organized, curious, comfortable working with people across teams, and eager to learn fast.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with our Director of Business Operations as an apprentice, partnering with most departments across the company. Your mandate is to make WITHIN run better: own key operational processes, find what’s slow or manual, and fix it with automation and AI.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
