A travel company based in Bogotá seeks a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in sales to sell and launch trips on their platform. You will be responsible for planning trips, engaging with customers, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the entire tour lifecycle. Excellent English skills and data management proficiency are required. This is an on-site role based in Chicó Norte/Usaquen area.
Demonstrate a strong ability to sell trips and launch new trips onto the platform. You will take leads created by the growth team and be responsible for launching them to the platform. Display the skills to pitch a trip and move leads through the pipeline. Plan trips with customers and provide ongoing support and assistance throughout the entire tour lifecycle pre departure. Communicate effectively with guests and local operators via phone, email, and chat apps like WhatsApp. Respond to and provide recommendations to customers regarding any changes or requests they may have. Receive and handle customer feedback and work swiftly and accurately to help correct issues. Collaborate closely with various teams within the company to ensure the best possible trip experience for our guests.
