Job summary

Baxter is seeking a maintenance-inclined technician to ensure smooth operation of production machines and adherence to quality and safety standards. You will document procedures, support maintenance teams, and participate in packaging and line operations to sustain manufacturing output.

Primary responsibilities include updating production software, ensuring device readiness, and assisting with equipment adjustments to meet quality specs.

Responsibilities

• Enter clear and precise information into the required production and quality assurance software according to process parameters to ensure quality (BPD).
• Package production according to quality specifications in plastic and Paxón boxes for dispatch to warehouse.
• Make adjustments to machine components such as cassettes, reglillas, resistors, fabric, etc.
• Provide support to maintenance technicians during events or problems with the machine as needed.
• Sort production lines in the drawing area, manage inventory for extrusion and filling lines.
• Verify that tools and equipment used in the process are in optimal functioning condition for quality assurance.

Tu rol en Baxter: Salvar y sostener vidas garantizando el funcionamiento óptimo de las máquinas, asegurando la calidad del Producto; cumpliendo con las normas y procedimientos de buenas prácticas de manufactura y seguridad (EHS) establecidos por la compañía. Lo que realizarás en Baxter Diligenciar la información clara y precisa en los software oformatos requeridos de producción y aseguramiento decalidad de acuerdo con los parámetros establecidos para elproceso garantizando las BPD. Realizar el empaque de la producción de acuerdo a lasespecif icaciones de calidad en las cajas plásticas y lascajas paxón para despacho a bodega. Realizar ajustes o cambios en componentes de maquinacomo: cassettes, reglillas, resistencias, tela etc. Cuando esrequerido, al igual que dar apoyo a los técnicos demantenimiento en los eventos o problemas que sepresenten en la máquina. Realizar el surtido de las líneas de producción del área dellenado, manejando los inventarios de producción de labodega del área de extrusión y las l íneas de producción delárea de llenado. Verif icar y asegurar que las herramientas utilizadas en elproceso (Máquinas y equipos), se encuentran en óptimofuncionamiento para aseguramiento y calidad de producto. Lo que aportarás a Baxter: Técnicos o tecnólogos graduados en mantenimiento electrónico,instrumental, industrial o carreras af ines. Conocimientos en transformación de plásticos (deseable). 6 meses en proceso productivos de manufactura.
