The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, strong communication skills, and must be able to work on-site. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Ability to identify, recruit and develop talent with tight timelines.
• BPO experience a major plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruiting and hiring efforts for a positive candidate experience.
• Identify and recruit best-fit personnel to drive company success.
• Maintain communication with resources for sourcing qualified applicants.
