Softgic is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure quality across reporting dashboards, data warehouses, ETL processes, and analytics platforms. You will blend manual and automated testing to validate data integrity and performance in complex pipelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience focused on reporting and analytics systems.
• Strong experience testing reporting solutions within data warehouse environments such as Snowflake.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline testing.
• Experience with performance testing involving large datasets.
• Agile and DevOps methodologies; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, execute, and automate test plans and test cases for reporting dashboards and analytics tools.
• Validate data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources and ETL processes.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing with large datasets.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Software Developers to maintain quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects using QA tools; drive resolution.
• Analyze results and provide recommendations to improve system reliability and data quality.
• Ensure testing practices meet data security and quality standards.
• Contribute to QA activities within Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments.
