A remote consulting firm is seeking a Senior Strategic Advisor to guide its expansion into the US. This part-time advisory position involves strategic oversight on service design and organizational structure, as well as fostering connections within high-growth ecosystems like private equity and venture capital. The ideal candidate will have a strong reputation and experience in guiding companies through growth, bringing a collaborative approach suited for founder-led teams.

The Opportunity

We are appointing a senior advisor who can support our expansion into the US and help shape the next phase of our strategic development. We are looking for someone with genuine market presence, respected relationships, and the ability to strengthen our access to venture, private equity, enterprise, consulting, and other high-growth ecosystems. This role offers real influence and the chance to guide a founder-led business that is advancing how organisations hire across borders.

Your Contribution
  • Strategic oversight on expansion, service design, positioning, and organisational structure
  • Guidance on long-term planning, risk, and market opportunities
  • Introductions across relevant networks including PE, VC, enterprise, consulting, and finance
  • Input on the development of a scalable, remote-first operating model
  • Participation in quarterly advisory sessions and structured strategy discussions
Who You Are

You are likely a growth-stage operator, investor, or former senior leader with a strong reputation and extensive connections in private equity, venture capital, or high-growth corporate environments. You may come from backgrounds such as SaaS, consulting, finance, global mobility, outsourcing, or other cross-border business sectors.

You also bring:

  • A clear understanding of US markets and expansion pathways
  • Experience guiding companies through key inflection points
  • Sound judgment, strategic clarity, and calm decision making
  • A collaborative approach suited to founder-led teams
