Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Network Support Specialist to install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex networks in a multi-vendor environment. You will work to identify issues, implement fixes, and ensure network security, while collaborating with project managers and service engineers.

You will handle routine network changes, monitor performance, and provide user support for network-related issues to deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, switching, and routing.
• 2+ years of working experience in Networking.
• Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with Network security, WAN.
• Working knowledge of ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network components across multiple vendors.
• Troubleshoot network issues and outages, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Implement security policies and participate in change reviews while maintaining clear communication with customers.
