Kids Corp is seeking a Multimedia Designer to create and refine rich media for social media, presentations, and infographics for clients and internal teams. You will work with the team to develop innovative concepts and ensure visuals align with brand standards.

Responsibilities include collaborating across departments, mentoring new team members, staying updated with design trends, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation and asset production while maintaining brand coherence.

Formación

• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or Image & Sound Design is required or in progress.
• Experience as a designer in digital/multimedia environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Suite is expected.

• Design static and animated graphics for social media, presentations, and infographics.
• Research new strategies/tools to optimize team processes and performance.
• Analyze impact of formats on engagement and compare with previous years to inform strategy.

Multimedia Designer

What You’ll Do

• Develop new proposals for rich media formats and improve current formats through analysis of results and feedback from previous formats.
• Design static and animated graphics for social media, as well as presentations and infographics for internal and external communication purposes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation in team processes and results by researching new strategies and tools that can enhance performance.
• Conduct analyses that contribute to strategic decision‑making regarding the development and improvement of interactive formats, monthly format volumes, and comparisons with previous years.
• Collaborate closely with the team to devise creative strategies aligned with specific client or project objectives, and contribute innovative ideas to address company challenges.
• Mentor and develop the team: guide, support, and train new members, fostering a collaborative work environment and organising innovation meetings to share beneficial ideas.
• Stay updated on emerging graphic‑design trends and incorporate them into new proposals to strengthen the company’s visual and communicative image, ensuring visual coherence across all channels.
• Manage time and resources efficiently to meet established delivery deadlines.
• Use and manage generative AI tools for image and video creation, integrating them into the creative workflow to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and asset production while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create high‑quality, functional designs for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper integration of designs into project development.
• Maintain consistency of designs with the brand and project objectives.
• Conduct usability tests and adjust designs as necessary.
• Stay informed on web‑design trends and new technologies relevant to the role.
• Coordinate multimedia content production with other departments.

What It Takes To Succeed

• Degree or current study in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or Image and Sound Design.
• Experience as a designer, preferably oriented toward digital and multimedia, with a background in a studio, agency, or internship environment.
• Outstanding execution across all required design production processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Suite, used daily.
• Professional proficiency in English.
