Zimmer Biomet in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a Materials Planner to ensure material supply aligns with the production schedule and stock targets. You will communicate shortages, coordinate with suppliers, and support continuous improvement in material delivery and inventory management.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain or planning, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency. Travel is minimal and a collaborative, quality-focused environment is emphasized.

Formación

• BS/BA in a related field is required or strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or IT systems.
• Experience with medical devices and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and communicates materials schedules and inventory positions.
• Analyze requirements trends to support production plans and MRPs.
• Schedule direct materials and components to meet production needs and stock targets.
• Report shortages, update supply plans, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Improve processes for material delivery and monitor cost drivers.
• Monitor inventory levels and support accuracy checks.
