We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director based in Colombia to lead our marketing strategy and team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, with a proven ability to drive B2B lead generation through a combination of strategic planning, paid campaigns, CRM, and creative leadership. This role is central to building demand, strengthening our brand, and aligning marketing activities with sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.
  • Own the B2B marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads that convert into revenue. Strengthen and optimize CRM systems to support segmentation, automation, and nurturing workflows.
  • Plan, execute, and continuously improve paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels) to maximize ROI and lead acquisition.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content including guides, white papers, case studies, and campaign assets designed to capture and nurture leads.
  • Drive website optimization for conversions, ensuring effective landing pages, lead capture forms, and user journeys.
  • Implement SEO strategies to boost visibility and ensure organic growth.
  • Use analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish and track KPIs that reflect lead quality, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance.
  • Partner with the sales team to align lead generation, qualification, and follow-up strategies. Collaborate with client-facing teams to incorporate customer insights into marketing plans. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across channels and initiatives.
  • Lead key projects such as product or service launches, large-scale promotional campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Assign tasks and oversee team performance and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations and set individual objectives that support broader departmental and organizational strategies.
Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or senior marketing leader in a B2B environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong track record in CRM management, marketing automation, and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise in paid media (PPC, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting) and digital performance marketing.
  • Experience with SEO, content marketing, and inbound strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver measurable business results.
