I am partnering with a rapidly scaling boutique advisory firm in the litigation support/disputes and forensics arena, seeking to bring on experienced, revenue-generating Managing Directors across several key U.S. markets. This is a unique opportunity for proven business builders who want to shape a high-growth practice while maintaining the agility and culture of a small, tightly knit firm.

Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

About the Opportunity

The consultancy is embarking on an ambitious expansion financed by PE investment. They are seeking senior-level directors with a track record of originating and delivering at least $1M in tangible, portable revenue, with the runway to grow to $3M+ in less than 5 years. Candidates will have full autonomy to build their book, their team, and their practice area—with meaningful incentives tied directly to the growth they create.
