WPP Media in Medellín is seeking a Manager Social to lead Paid Social campaigns across regions, align with global teams, and ensure high-quality output. Advanced English (B2–C2) is required, along with 3+ years managing paid social initiatives and at least 1 year of leadership experience. Strong Excel skills are essential.

You will line-manage 2-5 direct reports, build relationships with regional counterparts, and uphold WPP Media's core values while driving growth and excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Advanced English level (B2–C2) required.
• 3+ years' experience managing Paid Social campaigns.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Role Summary And Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager Social who will:

• Develop strong relationships with counterparts in WPP Media regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia).
• Enforce paid Social best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery and be accountable for consistent work delivery to WPP Media regional teams by ensuring a high quality of output.
• Serve as point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges.
• Line manage 2-5 direct reports.
• Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development, improvement, and progress. Provide awareness and recognition for jobs well done.

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced English level (B2–C2).
• Have 3+ years' experience managing Paid Social campaigns.
• Have at least 1 year of previous leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
