Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking an LPN PRN to join our nursing team in the United States. The role involves patient assessment, medication administration, and supportive care under RN supervision.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 1 year clinic experience.
• Current LPN licensure and CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Administers medications, including IV therapy (if certified), per protocol.
• Collaborates in controlled substance counts and responds to codes.
• Assists in procedures, implements nutrition and therapeutic diets, and documents nursing encounters.
• Attends mandatory meetings and training to ensure high-quality patient care.
