Ceva Santé Animale seeks a Local Business Controller for North Andean to join the finance team in Bogotá. You will lead analytical reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring timely closure and accurate data in the ERP.

You will partner with four business units and a subsidiary, driving adherence to group standards. You will manage profitability analyses, working capital metrics, and inventory reconciliations, while supporting monthly reviews and maintaining robust internal controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in Finance/Controlling/FP&A.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Hybrid work availability in Bogotá.
• JD Edwards experience highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate and comprehensive analytical information in the ERP system.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports with analysis and alerts.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes.
• Prepare management control reports covering profitability and working capital metrics.
• Monitor performance against targets and raise alerts with corrective actions.
• Support monthly Business Reviews.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to four Business Units and one subsidiary.
• Lead local budgeting processes in line with Ceva standards.
• Implement and monitor controls on expenditures and commercial policies.
• Ensure compliance with Group policies and internal controls.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and reconcile GL with subledgers.

Vos missions :

General Overview of the Job:

• Reporting to CFO and part of Finance management team, the business controller:
• Guarantees accurate and comprehensive analytical data in the ERP in compliance with Ceva group policies,
• Guarantees accurate and timely financial reporting and communication within the organization.
• Acts as a Robust business partner for the team, giving sense to the figures, raising alerts, and assessing the right level of risks.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure accurate and comprehensive analytical information in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate master and reference data in the ERP system.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with local and Group standards, providing relevant analysis, comments, and alerts to key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of financial cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing.
• Prepare management control reports covering profitability, from Sales to Operating Profit (ROP), as well as Working Capital Ratio (WCR).
• Monitor financial performance against targets, identify deviations, and proactively raise alerts and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and support monthly Business Reviews.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to the four Business Units and one subsidiary, actively participating in local management meetings.
• Lead the local budgeting process in accordance with Ceva standards and timelines.
• Implement and monitor controls related to commercial policies and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with Group policies, corporate guidelines, standards, procedures, and internal controls.
• Perform inventory reconciliations, ensuring consistency between the General Ledger and warehouse subledger.
• Ensure accurate control and analysis of rebates.

Votre profil :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Good experience in a similar Finance, Controlling, or FP&A role.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of intercompany margins and consolidation processes.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience with JD Edwards is highly desirable.
• Advanced level of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, working at Bogotá.
