Job summary

Ceva Animal Health is seeking a Finance Business Partner for FP&A and Controlling in Bogotá. You will support budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and provide insights to drive profitability.

Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with commercial and operational teams, ensure ERP data integrity, and monitor controls. Fluent English and experience in multinational finance are required; Hybrid work in Bogotá is offered.

Qualifications

• ,Must have finance, accounting or related degree.
• Experience in finance, controlling or FP&A, preferably multinational.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities with business partnering.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities in alignment with Ceva Group standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L, profitability, operating expenses, and working capital.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to support business objectives.
• Support monthly Business Reviews, providing relevant financial insights and analysis.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Business Units, collaborating with commercial and operational teams to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Ensure accurate financial information and reporting within ERP systems, in compliance with local and Group requirements.
• Monitor financial controls related to commercial policies, rebates, inventory, and operational expenditures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial procedures, and internal control standards.

Your Missions

General Overview of the Job:

Reporting to the CFO, the FP&A & Business Controlling Specialist supports financial planning, performance management, and business decision-making, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with Ceva Group standards.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Finance, Controlling, or FP&A roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS, and consolidation processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards is a plus.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Bogotá, Colombia.
