A leading media company seeks a Streaming Media Analyst in Colombia to monitor and support live streaming operations across multiple platforms. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in IT or publishing, excellent communication skills, and a technical background. The role involves troubleshooting, optimizing digital content services, and ensuring quality control for live events. Formación

• 3-5 years in an IT profession or other publishing operational environment.
• Experience in content delivery environment is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical departments.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor quality control for sports streaming department.
• Support live streaming events and content distribution.
• Provide Level 1 & 2 support to technical teams.
• Design and optimize digital content services.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate systems.
