SOLVO S.A.S in Medellín, Colombia seeks a highly analytical Legal Research & Litigation Analyst to support a growing U.S. litigation practice. The role requires a law degree, licensed attorney status, and 100% on-site commitment for the first year.

You will conduct high-level legal research, draft memoranda and motions, analyze statutes and case law, and assist with case strategy. Proficiency in English and experience with AI-assisted research tools are essential.

Formación

Bachelor's Degree in Law or related studies.
Advanced to fluent English (C1/C2) for writing and speaking.
Strong research, writing, and reasoning; civil litigation understanding.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, legal databases, and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

Conduct comprehensive legal research using statutes, regulations, case law, and procedural rules.
Draft, review, and revise memoranda, motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal correspondence.
Evaluate active matters to identify legal risks and assist with case strategy development.
Assist with document review, exhibit preparation, and tracking deadlines.
Audit outputs for accuracy when using AI-assisted legal research tools.
