Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly experienced Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT, turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions. You will work at the intersection of business requirements and technology, shaping our enterprise software footprint.

The role emphasizes expert knowledge of Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, strong API integration skills, and end-to-end testing capabilities to ensure robust supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
