SLB is offering a Legal Intern position in its Colombia HUB, focusing on reviewing and managing customer and supplier contracts, and supporting corporate governance tasks. You will learn how to research laws, regulations, and policies while collaborating with internal stakeholders in a global energy company.

Ideal candidates are law students with a drive to learn, strong English (B2) communication, and the ability to contribute to process improvements across a multinational team.

Formación

• Law student currently enrolled in a degree program.
• English level B2 required to communicate and serve our Hemisphere.

Responsabilidades

• Review and manage customer contracts.
• Handle supplier contracts efficiently.
• Support corporate governance tasks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and legal documentation.

About the Role

As our Legal Support Center (LSC) SLB Intern you will dive into the legal backbone of SLB, helping manage contracts, ensure compliance and support corporate governance across the globe. If you are ready to learn, advise and make impact, you can spark your career in one of the main areas:

• Customer Contracts – Review and manage customer agreements.
• Supplier Contracts – Handle supplier contracts efficiently.
• Corporate Entity – Support corporate governance tasks.
• Compliance – Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Your Experience and Impact

• Support contracts drafting and review.
• Assist in compliance checks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Research laws, regulations and policies.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Prepare reports and legal documentation.
• Learn and apply legal best practices.

Qualifications

• Law student.
• English Level: B2 (you must communicate and provide services for our Hemisphere).
