A leading energy technology company in Bogotá is seeking a Sales Professional with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Responsibilities include selling products and services in the Oil & Gas industry and managing diverse clients. Candidates must have at least 3 years of sales experience and the ability to lead teams and initiatives.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales.
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales.
  • Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is required.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsible for selling products and services.
  • Handles diverse clients within a specific geographic area.
  • Cooperates with technical sales support.
  • Leads a department with large estimated orders.

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities
  • Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
  • Handles products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.
  • Contributes to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
  • Handles diverse clients in a region.
  • Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
  • Leads a department with large estimated orders.
  • Handles local focus on Medium size territory
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales.
  • Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Solid understanding or background in Workline operations
